This is an emergency communications system, that can be used when (and if) internet, phone and cell services are interrupted, whether it be during a hurricane or other disaster. As part of my participation in the NTS program, I have made available to Verona residence and your Friends & Families (F&F) a Radiogram service.
Send a message to Friends & Family: Download and print the radiogram form (Click Here) and keep it safe. If the situation arises, and you need to send a message, complete the form and bring it to me. I will arrange to relay your message (email) via HF Amateur Radio.
Friends & Family sending a message to you: During an activation of an impending severe weather event, I send the Verona community a message with further details including a link to a form on my website to send to your family & friends, that when filled-in and submitted will send their message to me via HR Radio; and once received, I will hand carry the message to you.
